A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE A PIPE LINE LICENSE AGREE-
MENT WITH THE ATCHISON, TOPEKA AND SANTA FE
RAILWAY COMPANY. (30 -INCH STORM DRAIN)
WHEREAS, The Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway
Company has tendered to the City of Anaheim a Pipe Line
License Agreement dated May 1, 1976, granting to the City
the right to construct and maintain a thirty (30) inch
storm drain under tracks and right of way of Railroad near
the station of Orange, Orange County, California; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it would be
in the best interest of the City of Anaheim to approve said
License Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the Pipe Line License Agreement
tendered to the City of Anaheim by The Atchison, Topeka and
Santa Fe Railway Company granting to the City the right to
construct and maintain a thirty (30) inch storm drain under
tracks and right of way of Railroad near the station of
Orange, Orange County, California be, and the same is
hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized to execute said
Agreement hereinabove mentioned, for and on behalf of the
City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed
by me this 7th day of December, 1976.
