A RESOLUTION OF' THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 76R-597.
WHEREAS, on the 28th day of September, 1976, the City
Council approved Resolution 76R-5597 approving a proposed lease with
Orange Unified School District for certain premises for a public
park and playground; and
WHEREAS, the Orange Unified School District has indicated
that it would prefer to enter into a joint use agreement for the
development of this park; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary, therefore, to rescind Resolution
No. 76R-597.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 76R-597, approving a lease with
the Orange Unified School District for certain property for public
park and playground be, and the same is, hereby rescinded.
