A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TER14INATITNG ALL PROCEEDINGS IF,
CONNECTION WITH VARIA:_,110E 1,10. 2370 AND DECLAR-
ING RESOLUTION NO. 72R-237 NULL AND VOID.
WHEREAS, the City Council granted Variance No. 2370 on
July 11, 1972, by Resolution No. 72R-287; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested ter.-Anation of said
variance for the reason that it is no longer needed.
NOW, THEREFORE, EL IT P SOLVED by the City Council that
Variance No. 2370 be, and the same is hereby, teroinated anr-1 de-
claring Resolution No. 72R-287 null and void.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by iirie
this 30th day of Noveriber, 1976.
