A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK
TO EXECUTE A PIPE LINE LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH
THE ATCHISON, TOPEKA AND SANTA FE RAILWAY
COMPANY. (54 -INCH DRAINAGE WATER PIPE LINE NEAR
ESPERANZA)
WHEREAS, the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway
Company has tendered to the City of Anaheim a Pipe Line
License Agreement dated August 15, 1976 granting to the City
the right to construct and operate and maintain a fifty-four
(54) inch drainage water pipe line under tracks and right of
way of Railroad near Esperanza, California; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it would be
in the best interests of the City of Anaheim to approve said
License Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the Pipe Line License Agreement
tendered to the City of Anaheim by the Atchison, Topeka and
Santa Fe Railway Company granting to the City the right to
construct, operate and maintain a fifty-four (54) inch
drainage water pipe line near Esperanza, California be, and
the same is hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized to execute said
agreement hereinabove mentioned for and on behalf of the
City of Anaheim.
