1976-734RESOLUTION NO. 76R- Z3[L_ A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM ESTABLISHING RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR SOME MANAGEMENT STAFF JOB CLASSIFICATIONS AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 76R-314 AND AMENDMENTS THERETO. WHEREAS, rates of compensation for job classes represented by the Anaheim Fire Association were adjusted effective October 15, 1976, and WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to adjust rates of compensation for related management staff classes by rescinding Resolu- tion No. 76R-314 and amendments thereto, and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that establishing new rates of compensation for these job classes is in the best interests of the City of Anaheim. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim as follows: Section 1. That effective October 15, 1976 through June 9, 1977 inclusive the basic compensation plan for all officers and employees of the City of Anaheim.who are now employed or will in the future be employed in any of the classifications listed below shall be allocated to salary schedules as follows: Schedule Job Class Number Step Hourly Biweekly Monthly Deputy Fire Marshal I X1061 D $10.10 $808.00 $1,750.67 E 10.61 848.80 1,839.07 Deputy Fire Marshal II X1114 D 10.61 848.80 1,839.07 E 11.14 891.20 1,930.93 Section 2. That effective June 10, 1977 through October 13, 1977 inclusive the basic compensation plan for all officers and employees of the City of Anaheim who are now employed or will in the future be employed in any of the classifications listed below shall be allocated to salary schedules as follows: Schedule Job Class Number Step Hourly Biweekly Monthly Deputy Fire Marshal I X1082 D $10.30 824.00 $1,785.33 E 10.82 865.60 1,875.47 Deputy.Fire Marshal II X1137 Section 3. D 10.83 866.40 1,877.20 E 11.37 909.60 1,970.80 The letter "X" preceding a schedule number indicates that employees working in that job class are exempt from overtime provisions as provided in Personnel Rule 6.04, Premium Pay. Section 4. The provisions of this resolution shall rescind Resolution No. 76R-314 and amendments thereto. Section 5. The effective date of this resolution shall be October 15, 1976.
