CONNECTION WITH VARIANCE TO. 2678 AS APPROVED
BY THE CITY PLANZENG COIEEISSIO11 O -N( IUARCH 3,
1975.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission granted Variance Yo.
2678 on March, 1975, by Resolution No. PC75-53; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested termination of
said Variance for the reason that it is no longer needed.
NOW, JEEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council tAat
Variance No. 2678 be, and t3he same is hereby, terminated and de-
claring Resolution No. PC75-53 null and void.
