90-139 RESOLUTION NO. 90R-139
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM ADJUSTING A DRAINAGE FEE
(WEIR CANYON ROAD DRAINAGE REIMBURSEMENT
AREA)
Whereas, the City Council did, by Resolution No. 87R-509
establish drainage fees for the Weir Canyon Road Reimbursement
Area; and
WHEREAS, said resolution requires the annual adjustment
of fees in accordance with the Engineering News Record
Construction Cost Index; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to adjust said fees in
accordance with said Index.
NOW, THEREFORE, BB IT RESOLVED that the fee for the Weir
Canyon Road Drainage Reimbursement Area be, and it is hereby,
adjusted to $5,250.00 per acre as of January 1, 1990.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City o£ Anaheim this 1st day of May, 1990.
