A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF A GOLF CART MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT WITH
TAYLOR-DUNN MANUFACTURING COMPANY, AND AUTH-
ORIZING THE MAYOR AND THE CITY CLERK TO EXE-
CUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim owns and operated both the
Anaheim Hills Golf Course and the H. G. "Dad" Miller Golf Course;
and
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim owns and operates golf carts
used on said golf courses; and
WHEREAS, said golf carts were manufactured by Taylor -Dunn
Manufacturing Company; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary and desirable for the City to
maintain said golf carts including preventive maintenance; and
WHEREAS, Taylor -Dunn has submitted proposal to City
setting forth a program of maintenance including preventive main-
tenance; and
WHEREAS, said proposal is satisfactory to the City of
Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE I^1 RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of an Agreement
for maintenance of golf carts with Taylor -Dunn Manufacturing Com-
pany be, and the same are hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the mayor and the City Clerk
are authorized to execute said Agreement on behalf of the City of
Anaheim.
