A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING A 140DIFICATION AND AN
AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT NO. H88888 (CETA PRIME
SPONSOR) WITH THE ORANGE COUNTY MANPOWER COM-
MISSION AND AUTHORIZING THE 14AYOR AND CITY
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID AMENDMENT TO AGREE-
MENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim and the Orange County
Manpower Commission has previously entered in Agreement No.
H88888 for a Management Information System; and
WHEREAS, said Agreement expired on June 30, 1976; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to modify said Agreement to
extend said term to September 30, 1976; and
WHEREAS, it is further necessary to amend to extend
said Agreement from September 30, 1976 to September 30, 1977;
and
WHEREAS, a mutual modification and an amendment to
Agreement No. H88888 has this date been submitted, the terms
and conditions of which are satisfactory to the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of a modifica-
tion and an amendment to Agreement No. H88888 between the City
of Anaheim and the Orange County Manpower Commission be, and
they are hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
are authorized to execute said Agreement.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 16th day of November 1976.
