A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CI^1Y
OF A14AHEIM APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH THE
ORANGE COUNTY TRANSIT DISTRICT FOR DATA PROC-
ESSING SERVICES AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT ON
BEHALF OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM.
WHEREAS, Orange County Transit District (OCTD) is in
need of Data Processing services; and
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim has the facilities, equip-
ment and ability to provide the said Data Processing services for
-the OCTD ; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has this date been presented,
the terms and conditions of which are satisfactory to the City
of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the certain agreement with the Orange
County Transit District this date presented, the terms and condi-
tions of which are satisfactory to the City of Anaheim be, and
the same are hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
are hereby authorized to execute said agreement.
THE FOREGOING RESOLTUION is approved and signed by me
this 16th day of November , 1976.
