RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM RECEIVING ADOPTED OWNER PARTICIPATION
AND PREFERENCE RULES, PROPOSED REDEVELOPMENT
PLAN AND COMMISSION'S REPORT TO CITY COUNCIL
FOR THE PLAZA REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the Community Redevelopment Commission of the
City of Anaheim has submitted to the City Council of the City of
Anaheim the Adopted Owner Participation and Preferences Rules, and
a proposed Redevelopment Plan for the Plaza Redevelopment Project,
accompanied by the Commission's Report to the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council acknowledges receipt of the
Owner Participation and Preferences Rules, proposed Redevelopment
Plan and the accompanying Commission's Report to the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
The city Council hereby receives the Adopted Owner
Participation and Preferences Rules, in the form attached hereto,
the proposed Redevelopment Plan for the Plaza Redevelopment
Project, in the form attached hereto, and also hereby receives the
Redevelopment Commission's Report to the city Council on the
Proposed Redevelopment Plan, in the form attached hereto.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of May , 1990.
