A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING T-1LI, TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT ZvITH REAL ESTATE RESEARCH
CORPORATION FOR CONSULTING SERVICES AND AUTH-
ORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
SAID AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM.
I;!HEREAS, the City of Anaheim is a recipient of Community
Development Block Grant funds; and
%MEREAS, the City of Anaheim desires to formulate a
housing strategy to provide direction to the City's Housing and
Nei-hborhood Preservation and Development programs; and
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim desires to engage a con-
sultant to render the necessary technical advice and assistance;
and
IMERLASIan agreement has been prepared, the terms and
conditions of which are satisfactory to the City of Anaheim
whereby Real Estate Research. Corporation will provide such con-
sultant services.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and condi-
tions of that a;reement with Real :Estate Research Corporation be,
and they are hereby, accepted and approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be,
and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said
agreement on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
