A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TERIvIINATIdG HOP -:IE, OCCUPATION PERP,IIT
75-117 ISSUED TO GERALD F,. LONG, 547 CENTURY
DRIVE, ANAHEIM (KOI FISH BUSINESS).
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim did,
at its regular meeting on the 9th day.of November, 1976, hold
a public hearing'in connection with an order to show cause why
Home Occupation Permit No. 75-117 to allow a Koi Fish business
at 547 Century Drive should not be terminated; and
WHEREAS, after giving the Permittee an opportunity
to be heard and receiving testimony, the City Council did find
that said Permittee failed to comply with ce-rtain conditions of
Section 18.02.052 of the Anaheim IZunicip al Code, to wit: The
home occupation caused an odor which was clearly discernible
at the lot boundaries and caused a generation of increased
vehicular and pedestrian traffic; and
WHEREAS, in addition, the City Council did find the
Permittee had constructed illegal structures to house the fish
in violation of Section 18.27.063 of the Anaheim Municipal Code;
and
WHEREAS, based on all the evidence presented, the City
Council does find and determine that Home Occupation Permit No.
75-117 should be revoked.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Home Occupation Permit No. 75-117 be,
and the same is hereby revoked.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and si`ned by me
this 9th day of November , 1976
