A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TERMI14ATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CON-
NECTION WITH VARIA14CE NO. 1474 AND DECLARING
RESOLUTION NO. 336, SERIES 1961-62, NULL AND
VOID.
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission granted Variance
No. 1474 on May 28, 1962? by Resolution No. 336, Series 1961-62;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council has heretofore initiated pro-
ceedings to determine whether said Variance No. 1474 should be
revoked for violation of the conditions of approval; and
WHEREAS, the City Council determined, at a duly noticed
public hearing held on November 9, 1976, that the conditions of
approval of Variance No. 1474 had been violated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that
Variance No. 1474 be, and the same is hereby, terminated and de-
claring Resolution No. 336, Series 1961-62, null and void.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 9th day of November, 1976.
