A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEDURES IN
CONNECTION WITH VARIANCE 2834.
WHEREAS, Royal,C. and Louise H. Marten chid apply
for a variance to construct a multi -family development on
property located on the corner of Western Avenue and
Teranimar Drive; and
WHEREAS, said Royal C. and Louise H. Marten have
requested that their request for Variance 2834 be terminated;
and
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission has on the
11th day of October, 1976, recommended the termination of
said variance; and
WHEREAS, the City Council concurs in the action of
the Planning Commission in recommending termination of Variance
2834.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that Variance 2834 to be terminated be,
and the same is hereby, terminated.
