PROPERTY AID AUTHORIZING LHICUTION OF A DEED
TO SAID REAL PROPERTY.

WHEREAS, the City Council Aid, by motion, autnori2�e the
sale of certain City-o;nod property; to wit, Lot 46 of Tract 1591
(known as 456 North Hariposa Street, Anaheim); and
WEEREAS, an offer to purchase said property (inciu?in,��
an offer to purchase said property should the first purchaser
fail to complete said sales transaction) has been raceivad, subject
to conditions; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of said offer to pur-
chase, including said alternative offer, are acceptable to the City
Council of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THLaEFORE, 1E IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of Anaheim does hereby accept said offer to purchase, in-
cluding said alternative offer, subject to conditions therein set
forth.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager or his
designee be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to execute
said purchase contract on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
LE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be,
and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute a wed to
said property at the appropriate time.
BE IT FURTHER IESOLVLD that the City Attorney be, and
he is hereby, authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the
City of Anaheim such other documents, including escrow instructions,
as may be necessary to carry out the terms and conditions of this
purchase contract.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 9th day of November, 1976.
