A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF "'HL CITY
OF ANAHEIM REJ]_']'CTI_1.1G Ali OFFER TO PURCHASE
CERTAIN CITY -OWNED PROPERTY AND OFFERING TO
SELL SAID PROPERTY SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDI-
r.'_'IONS.

WHEREAS, the City Council has heretofore authorized the

sale of certain City -owned property, to wit: Lot 47 of Tract Ifo.
1591, also known as 460 North I'Mariposa Street; and
WHEREAS, an offer to purchase said property (dated
October 28, 1976) subject to conditions, has been received; and
WHEREAS, the terms of said agreement as proposed are
unacceptable; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is willing to sell said prop-
erty subject to certain other conditions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the Offer to Purchase dated October 28,
1976, is hereby rejected.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED
of Anaheim does herebv authorize
to the same terms and conditions
chase provided:
that, the City Council of the City
the sale of said property subject
set forth in said offer to pur-
(a) that amount of the money to be deposited at the
opening of the escrow shall be increased to
$1,000.00, and
(b) that said "1,000.00 deposit be retained by the City of
Anaheim should the escrow not be successfully consiwr'�-
mated through no fault of the City of Anaileirt.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mavor and City Clerk be,
and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute, on behalf
of the City of Anaheim as seller, escrow instructions which comply
to the terms of this resolution.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the =Mayor and City Clerk be,
and they, are hereby, authorized and directed to execute a deed to
said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED tha-L--- the Cite Attorney be, and he
is hereby, authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the
City of Anaheim, such other documents as may be necessary to fulfill
the terms of said escrow and to complete the sale of said property.
