A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 76R-639
RELATING TO INVITING SEALED BIDS FOR WORK
ORDER NO. 796-A (PACIFICO AVENUE AND STATE
COLLEGE BOULEVARD STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT).
WHEREAS, on the 12th day of October, 1976, the
City Council of the City of Anaheim did adopt Resolution
No. 76R-639 finding and determining that public convenience
and necessity rea.uired the construction and completion of
the Pacifico Avenue and State College Boulevard street
improvement project; and
WHEREAS, due to a newspaper description
publication error, the City Council finds that it would be
in the best interest of the City to amend said Resolution
No. 76R-639 to re -advertise the opening of bids thereon.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City
Council of the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 76R-639,
adopted on the 12th day of October, 1976, be and the same is
hereby amended to the following extent only:
1. That the Notice Inviting Sealed Proposals
shall be published on November 4th and
November 11th, 1976.
2. That the opening of the bids shall be on
November 24, 1976.
3. That the award of the contract will be
made on November 30, 1976•
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except as
hereinabove amended, said Resolution No. 76R-639 shall remain
in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 2nd day of November, 1976.
