A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM EMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 76R-640
RELATING TO INVITING SEALED BIDS FOR WORK
ORDER NO. 882 (PHASE I DEVELOPMENT FOR CANYON
SITE #1) .
WHEREAS, on the 12th day of October, 1976, the City
Council of the City of Anaheim did adopt Resolution No. 76R-640
finding and determining that public convenience and necessity
required the construction and completion of the Phase I Devel-
opment for Canyon Site #1, Work Order No. 882; and
WHEREAS, due to a revision to the plans as recommended
by the City Engineer, the City Council find that it would be in
the best interest of the City to delay the opening of bids thereon.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 76R-640 be, and the same
is hereby, amended to the following extent only:
1. That the opening of the bids shall be on the
18th day of November, 1976, at the hour of 2:00
o'clock P.M. at the City Council Chamber in the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim.
2. That the award of the contract will be made on
the 23rd day of November, 1976.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except as hereinabove
amended, said Resolution No. 76R-640 shall remain in full force
and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 2nd day of November, 1976.
