A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
EXECUTION OF A DEED CONVEYING CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY.
(Sterling Development)
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim did,
by motion duly made and adopted, on Plarch 9, 1976, agree to sell
certain City -owned property; and
WHEREAS, the proposed purchaser has complied with the
conditions of the sale of said property; and
WHEREAS, a deed has been prepared to convey said prop-
erty to Sterling Development, Inc.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the mayor and City
Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute,
said deed on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 2nd day of November, 1976.
