90-134 RESOLUTION 90R-134
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM APPOINTING A NEW MINORITY
BUSINESS PROGRAM LIAISON OFFICER.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim has
previously adopted a Minority Business Program for all projects in
the City of Anaheim receiving United States Department of
Transportation funding ("MBE"); and
WHEREAS, the MBE Liaison Officer has left City employment
and it is necessary that the City of Anaheim designate a new MBE
Liaison Officer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of Anaheim does appoint Jack Plake MBE Liaison Officer.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 1st day of May ,
