A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ESTABLISHING RATES OF COMPENSATION
FOR JOB CLASSES REPRESENTED BY THE ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL EMPLOYEES ASSOCIATION, CLERICAL UNIT,
AND REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 76R-308 AND
SUPERSEDING PORTIONS OF RESOLUTION NO. 76R-312
AS IT RELATES TO ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL EMPLOYEES ASSOCIATION
CLERICAL UNIT CLASSIFICATIONS.
WHEREAS, the Personnel Director met and conferred with officials and
employee representatives of the Anaheim Municipal Employees Association in
October 1976 to discuss wages, and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof the need exists to repeal Resolution
No. 76R-308 and supersede portions of Resolution No. 76R-312 which established
rates of compensation for job classes represented by the Anaheim Municipal
Employees Association, Clerical Employees Unit, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that
establishing new rates of compensation for these classifications is in the best
interests of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim as follows:
Section 1.
That effective October 15, 1976 through October 13, 1977 inclusive
the basic compensation plan for all officers and employees of. the City of
Anaheim who are now employed or will in the future be employed in any of the
classifications listed below shall be allocated to salary schedules as follows:

Section 2.
The letter
"U" preceding
a schedule number
indicates that
employees
upgraded to that job
class shall
be paid
premium pay
as provided in
Personnel
Rule 6.41, Premium Pay.
Section 3.
The regular
hourly rate
of pay
and overtime
compensation
for employees
working in job classes
listed in
Section
1 of this Resolution
shall
be computed
as provided in Personnel
Rule 5,
Hours of Work and Pay
Day, and Personnel
Rule
6, Premium Pay.
Section 4.
The provisions of this Resolution shall repeal Resolution No.
76R-308 and supersede portions of Resolution No. 76R-312.
Section 5.
The effective date of this Resolution shall be the 15th day of
October, 1976.
