A RESOLUTION
OF THE CITY
COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM
ESTABLISHING
RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR OUTSTATIONED
PUBLIC SERVICE
EMPLOYMENT
PROGRAM CLASSIFICATIONS AND
SUPERSEDING
PORTIONS OF RESOLUTION NO. 76R-312
WHEREAS, the City
of Anaheim's
contractual
agreement
with the Orange
County Manpower Commission
requires that
Public
Service employment participants
shall be paid "...the prevailing
rate of
pay for
persons employed in similar
public occupations by the same
employer,
"and
WHEREAS, there are
job classes
funded
by the Public Service Employment
Program administered by the
City of Anaheim outstationed
at various public
and
non-profit agencies, and
WHEREAS, the City
Council of the City
of Anaheim does
find that
establishing rates of compensation
for these job
classes is in
the best interests
of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE
IT RESOLVED
by the
City Council of
the City of
Anaheim as follows:
Section 1.
That the basic compensation plan for all
officers and
employees of
the
City of Anaheim who are now
employed, or
will in
the future be
employed in
any
of the classifications listed below, shall be allocated
to salary schedules
as
follows:

Section 2.
The regular hourly rate of
pay and overtime

shall
be computed as provided in Personnel
Rule 5, Hours of
Work and Pay
Day, and
Personnel Rule 6, Premium Pay.
Section 3.
Resolution 76R-312 shall remain
in full force
and effect
except to
the extent superseded by
this resolution.
Section 4.
The effective
date of this
Resolution shall
be the 15th
day of
October, 1976.
