A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
PERTAINING TO THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THE TERMS AND CONDI-
TIONS OF EMPLOYMENT FOR EMPLOYEES IN JOB CLASSES DESIGNATED
AS MANAGEMENT, MANAGEMENT STAFF AND UNREPRESENTED RELATED
TO ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL EMPLOYEES ASSOCIATION JOB CLASSES,
ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL EMPLOYEES ASSOCIATION CLERICAL UNIT AND
GENERAL UNIT EMPLOYEES, AND EMPLOYEES IN JOB CLASSES
REPRESENTED BY THE ANAHEIM FIRE ASSOCIATION.
WHEREAS, the City Council has not implemented new pay rates for
employees in the job classes designated as Management, Management Staff
and Unrepresented related to Anaheim Municipal Employees Association job
classes, Anaheim Municipal Employees Association Clerical Unit and General
Unit employees, and employees in job classes represented by the Anaheim
Fire Association, and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to continue the present resolutions
covering wages, hours and conditions of emplo}m►ent in effect for said employees,
and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to amend said resolutions to be
effective October 15, 1976 upon the condition that agreement on wages is
reached between the Personnel Director and the affected employee associations
prior to November 11, 1976.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim that the present resolutions covering wages, hours and conditions of
employment for employees in job classes designated as Management, Management
Staff and Unrepresented related to Anaheim Municipal Employees Association
job classes, Anaheim Municipal Employees Association Clerical Unit and General
Unit Employees, and employees in job classes represented by the Anaheim Fire
Association remain in effect to and including November 11, 1976.
