A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ESTABLISHING RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR
SOME UNREPRESENTED CLASSIFICATIONS AND SUPERSEDING
PORTIONS OF RESOLUTION NO. 76R-312.
WHEREAS, rates of compensation for represented utility job classes
were adjusted effective October 15,1976,and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to adjust rates
of compensation for related unrepresented job classes by superseding portions
of Resolution No. 76R-312, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that
establishing rates of compensation for these job classes is in the best
interests of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim as follows:
Section I.
That effective October 15, 1976 through July 21, 1977 inclusive
the basic compensation plan for all officers and employees of the City of
Anaheim who are now employed or will in the future be employed in any of the
classifications listed below shall be allocated to salary schedules as follows:

Section 2.
That effective July 22, 1977 through October 13, 1977 inclusive
the basic compensation plan for all officers and employees of the City of
Anaheim who are now employed or will in the future be employed in any of the
classifications listed below shall be allocated to salary schedules as follows:

Section 3.
The letter "U" preceding a schedule number indicates that employees
assigned (upgraded) to that job class shall be paid premium pay as provided
in Personnel Rule 6, Premium Pay. The letter. "X" preceding a schedule number
indicates that employees working in that job class are exempt from overtime
provisions as provided in Personnel Rule 6.04, Premium Pay.
Section 4.
The regular hourly rate of pay and overtime compensation for employees
working in job classes listed in Section 1 of this resolution shall be computed
as provided in Personnel Rule 5, Hours of Work and Pay Day, and Personnel Rule 6,
Premium Pay.
Section 5.
Resolution 76R-312 shall remain in full force and effect except to the
extent amended by this resolution.
Section 6.
The effective date of this resolution shall be the 15th day of
October, 1976.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me this
