90-132 RESOLUTION NO. 90R-132
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 89R-321,
NUNC PRO TUNC.
WHEREAS, the City Council did on July 25, 1989, adopt
Resolution No. 89R-321 relating to the zoning variance o£ portions of
certain property within the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, through inadvertance and clerical error, an
incomplete legal description of the property was stated in said
resolution; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires, and public interest and
general welfare requires, that said error be corrected, nunc pro tunc.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Resolution No. 89R-321,
be, and it is hereby, amended, nunc pro tunc, by amending the legal
description of that certain property situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, to read as follows, to wit:
THE WEST ONE-HALF, MEASURED ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF
LOT 21, OF TRACT 743, IN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM, COUNTY
OF ORANGE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AS SHOWN ON A MAP
RECORDED IN BOOK 22 PAGE 10 OF MISCELLANEOUS MAPS,
RECORDS OP ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM THAT PORTION LYING NORTh~VESTERLY
OF THE SOUTHEASTERLY LINE OF THE LAND DESCRIBED IN A
DEED TO ORANGE COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT, RECORDED
MAY OS, 1960 IN BOOK $22? PAGE 182 OF OFFICIAL RECORDS.
SECTION 2.
That, except as expressly amended herein,
Resolution No. 89R-321 shall remain in full force and
effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted
by the City Council o£ the City of Anaheim this 24thday of April,
1990.
