A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM DENYING CONDITIONAL USE
PERMIT NO. 1033
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did receive a request for a conditional use permit from
DR. G. P. BROOKS, 3341 West Ball Road, Anaheim, California,
to permit office use of the residential structure located on
the property hereinafter described, with waivers of the minimum
number of off street parking spaces required (Section 18.38.040(3)
of the Anaheim Municipal Code) and minimum site area requirement
(Section 18.38.050(1 -a) of the Anaheim Municipal Code). Said
property is situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California and is more particularly described as follows:
Lot No. 1 of Tract No. 2839 as shown on a Map
recorded in Book 85, Page 11 of Miscellaneous Maps,
Records of Orange County, California.
AND WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a
public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim upon
said request on sun 1968 notices of which said
public hearing were d u l y given as required by law and the pro-
visions of Title 18, Chapter 18.76 of the Anaheim Municipal Code;
and
WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, inves-
tigation and studies made by itself and in its behalf and after
due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at said
hearing, did adopt its Resolution No. pc68 J.57

and
WHEREAS, thereafter, within twenty -two days from the
date of the adoption of said resolution, the City Council did
elect, upon its own motion, to review the action of the City
Planning Commission in a ,y; Q said conditional use
permit and did thereupon fix the 9th day of July
19 68 as the time and the Council Chamber in the City Hall
of the City of Anaheim as the place for a public hearing upon
said conditional use permit, and notices of such public hearing
were duly given as required by law and the provisions of Title
18, Chapter 18.76 of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said public
hearing, the City Council did duly hold and conduct such hear
ing and did give all persons interested therein an opportunity
to be heard and did receive evidence and reports; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does
consideration of the recommendations of
Commission and all evidence and reports
that Conditional Use Permit No. 1033
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the action of the City Planning Commis-
sion denying Conditional Use. Permit No. 1033 be, and the
same is hereby sustained and that the request of
DR. G. P. BROOKS for a conditional use permit to use the existing
residential structure located on the property hereinbefore de-
scribed for office use, with waivers of the minimum number of
off street parking spaces (Section 18.38.040(3) of the Anaheim
Municipal Code) and the minimum site area requirement
(Section 18.38.050(1 -a) of the Anaheim Municipal Code), be, and
the same is hereby denied.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
