A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and
and in utility purpnsPS
WHEREAS, the owner of said property h offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of

to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for rnad and

and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across that portion of the West half of the
Northwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 14,
Township 4 South, Range 11 West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes,
as said section is shown on a Map recorded in Book 51,
page 11 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County,
described as follows:
Commencing at the centerline intersection of Lincoln
Avenue and Knott Street, formerly known as Knott Avenue,
as shown on a Map of Tract 3694 recorded in Book 149,
pages 22 and 23 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of said
Orange County; thence South 0° 14' 05" East along the
centerline of said Knott Street a distance of 644.06 feet
to the true point of beginning; thence North 89° 42' 00"
East a distance of 53 feet; thence South 0° 14' 05" East
a distance of 148.80 feet to the beginning of a tangent
curve concave Northeasterly and having a radius of 15 feet;
thence Southeasterly and Easterly along said curve through
a central angle of 90° 06' 40" an arc distance of 23.59
feet; thence North 89° 39' 15" East a distance of 492.91
feet to the beginning of a curve concave Southerly and
having a radius of 282 feet; thence Easterly and South-
easterly along said curve through a central angle of
11° 40' 01" an arc distance of 57.42 feet to the beginning
of a reverse curve concave Northeasterly and having a radius
of 218 feet, a radial line bearing South 11° 19' 16" West
passes through the point of beginning of said curve; thence
Southeasterly and Easterly along said curve through a central
angle of 11° 42' 46" an arc distance of 44.57 feet; thence
North 89° 36' 30" East a distance of 0.17 feet; thence South

of a curve concave Northeasterly and having a radius
of 282 feet, a radial line bearing South 0° 14' 37"
East passes through the point of beginning of said curve;
thence Westerly and Northwesterly along said curve through

feet to the beginning of a reverse curve concave Southerly
and having a radius of 218 feet a radial line bearing South
11° 19' 16" West passes through the point of beginning of
said curve; thence Northwesterly and Westerly along said
curve through a central angle of 11° 40' 01" an arc
distance of 44.39 feet; thence South 89° 39' 15" West a
distance of 493.09 feet to the beginning of a tangent
curve concave Southeasterly and having a radius of 15 feet;
thence Westerly and Southwesterly along said curve through
a central angle of 89° 53' 20" an arc distance of 23.53
feet; thence South 0° 14' 05" East a distance of 128.84
feet; thence South 89° 36' 30" West a distance of 53 feet,
to an intersection with the centerline of said Knott Street;
thence North 0° 14' 05" West along the centerline of said
Knott Street a distance of 371.73 feet to the true point
of beginning.
be,and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance
of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me this
2nd day of July 1968.
