OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT GRAM DEE
CONVEYING TO THE CITY ANAHEIM CER
PROPERTY FOR EASEMENTS FOR POLES, CROSS -ARMS
AND ELECTRIC POWER AND FOR CROSS -ARMS AND
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described reel property
for municip.1 purposes, to wit: Easements for poles, cross-
arms and electric power and for cross -arms and power lines
and

WHEREAS, the owners s of said property have offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; =rid
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of

property situated in the City of AAahei County of Orange,
State of California, ia, to be used for easements for Doles.

Easements over the real property situated in the City
of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
described as:

PARCEL ONE: An easement for the installation and
maintenance of poles, crossarms and electric power
over and across a strip of land 5.00 feet in width
being a portion of the Northeast quarter of Section
13, Township 4 South, Range 11 West, S.B.B. M., the
Southerly line of said 5.00 foot strip being described
as follows:
Beginning at a point in the East line of the Northeast
quarter of the Northeast quarter of said Section 13,
said point being 333.07 feet North of the Southeast
corner of the Northeast quarter of the Northeast quarter
of said Section 13, said East line being the centerline
of Magnolia Avenue, 106.00 feet in width; thence South
89 37' 24" West 664.13 feet to the point of intersection
with the Easterly line of Tract No. 2938, as shown on
a Map recorded in Book 119, pages 28 and 29 of Miscellaneous
Maps, records of said Orange County. Said easterly line
being the westerly terminus of said 5.00 foot strip.
Restricting the westerly 20 feet to overhead easement only.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the Easterly 53 feet lying within
the right of way of Magnolia Avenue.
PARCEL TWO: An overhead easement for crossarms and
electric power lines over and across a strip of land
5.00 feet in width, being a portion of the Northeast
quarter of Section 13, Township 4 South, Range 11 West,
�jF.B. M., the Westerly line being described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of Tract No. 2938, as
shown on a Map recorded in Book 119, pages 28 and 29 of
Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County; thence
South 0 11' 50" East along the Easterly line of said
tract, 333.35 feet to the point of intersection with the
North line of the South half of the Southeast of the
Northeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of said Section
13, said North line being the terminus of said 5.00 foot
strip.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance
of the City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay
to the owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds
of the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar 01.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
