A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 64R -105
IN RECLASSIFICATION PROCEEDINGS NO. 63- 64 -21.
WHEREAS, the City Council did heretofore, to wit, on
February 11, 1964, adopt Resolution No. 64R -105 in Reclassifi-
cation Proceedings No. 63- 64 -21, finding and determining that
the property and area therein described should be changed from
R -A, RESIDENTIAL- AGRICULTURAL ZONE, to R -3, MULTIPLE- FAMILY
RESIDENTIAL ZONE, subject to certain conditions set forth in
said resolution; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said resolution
should be amended to provide that ordinances reclassifying
subject property shall be adopted as each parcel is ready to
comply with the conditions pertaining to such parcel; provided,
however, that the word "parcel" shall mean presently. existing
parcels of record, and any parcel or parcels approved by the
City Council for a lot split.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 64R -105 in Reclassifica-
tion Proceedings No. 63 -64 -21 be, and the same is hereby amended
by adding thereto an additional condition reading as follows:
"That ordinances reclassifying subject property
shall be adopted as each parcel is ready to comply
with the conditions pertaining to such parcel;
PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the word "parcel" shall
mean presently existing parcels of record, and any
parcel or parcels approved by the City Council for
a lot split."
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all other respects,
except as amended by Resolution No. 66R -241, said Resolution
No. 64R -105 be, and remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 25th day of June, 1968.
