A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM A'IENDING RESOLUTION NO. 64R -103 IN
RECLASSIFICATION PROCEEDINGS NO. 63- 64 -20.
WHEREAS, the City Council did heretofore, to wit, on
February 11, 1964, adopt Resolution No. 64R -103 in Reclassifica-
tion Proceedings No. 63•- 64 -20, finding and determining that the
property and area therein described should be changed from R -A,
RESIDENTIAL- AGRICULTURAL ZONE to R -3, MULTIPLE- FAMILY RESIDENTIAL
ZONE, subject to certain conditions therein set forth; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said resolution
should be amended to provide that ordinances reclassifying sub-
ject property shall be adopted as each parcel is ready to comply
with the conditions pertaining to such parcel; provided, however,
that the word "parcel" shall mean presently existing parcels of
record, and any parcel or parcels approved by the City Council
for a lot split.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 64R -103 in Reclassifica-
tion Proceedings No. 63 -64 -20 be, and the same is hereby amended
by adding thereto an additional condition reading as follows:
"That •ordinances- reclassifying subject property
shall be adopted as each parcel is ready to comply
with the conditions pertaining to such parcel;
PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the word "parcel" shall
mean presently existing parcels of record, and any
parcel or parcels approved by the City Council for
a lot split."
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all other respects,
except as amended by Resolution No. 66R-240, said Resolution
No. 64R -103 be, and remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 25th day of June, 1968.
