A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 68R -121 GRANTING
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 977.
WHEREAS, the City Council did heretofore, to wit,
on February 27, 1968, adopt Resolution No. 68R -121 granting
Conditional Use Permit No. 977, permitting the establishment
of a 3- story, 48 -unit apartment complex on the property
described in said resolution, with waivers of certain Anaheim
Municipal Code requirements, subject to certain conditions
therein set forth; and
WHEREAS, Condition No. 4 of said resolution provides
that subject property shall be developed substantially in
accordance with plans and specifications on file with the City,
marked Exhibits Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7, which plans and
specifications provide for a 50 -unit apartment complex; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it was the
intent of the City Council to permit the establishment of a
3- story, 50 -unit apartment complex on subject property, and
that through inadvertence or oversight in the preparation of
said Resolution No. 68R -121 it was erroneously stated that
said permit was granted for a 48 -unit apartment complex; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does, therefore, find that
said resolution should be amended to permit the establishment
of a 50 -unit apartment complex on subject property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 68R -121 be, and
the same is hereby amended to permit the establishment of a
3- story, 50 -unit apartment complex on subject property, instead
of 48 -units as stated in said resolution.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all other respects
said Resolution No. 68R -121 be, and remain in full force and
effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 18th day of June, 1968.
