1968-329WHEREAS, JERRY DICKENSON having filed a written
application for a house moving permit to move a dwelling house
from 18092 Beauty Drive, Anaheim, California, to 4700 Cerro
Vista Drive, Anaheim, California; and
WHEREAS, said application having been set for public
hearing on the 18th day of June, 1968, at the hour of 1:30
o'clock P.M. and notice of the time and placed fixed for said
public hearing having been given by mail to all persons residing
within a radius of three hundred feet from the property upon
which it is proposed to move said dwelling house, building or
structure, at least ten days prior to the date fixed for said
hearing, as the names of such owners appeared on the last avail-
able tax assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, said matter having come on regularly for hear-
ing upon said date and said hearing having been duly held and
conducted and all persons interested therein given an opportunity
to be heard, and the City Council having duly considered said
application together with all evidence and reports submitted in
connection therewith, does find that said application should be
granted subject to the following conditions:
1. That said dwelling house, building or structure shall
conform to the Building, Electrical and Plumbing Codes of the
City of Anaheim.
2. That a parcel map showing the one -acre parcel split
off shall be submitted to the City of Anaheim for approval,
and then recorded in the Office of the Orange County Recorder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the application of said JERRY DICKENSON
for a house moving permit to move a dwelling house from 18092
Beauty Drive, Anaheim, California, to 4700 Cerro Vista Drive,
Anaheim, California, be, and the same is hereby, granted subject
to the conditions hereinbefore set forth, and further subject to
compliance with all of the provisions of Title 15, Chapter 15.32
of the Anaheim Municipal Code, relating to the moving of build-
ings from a point within the City of Anaheim onto a lot within
the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
