90-123 RESOLUTION NO. 90R-123 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 89R-46S, NUNC PRO TUNC. WHEREAS, the City Council did on December 12, 1989, adopt Resolution No. 89R-465 relating to the zoning reclassification of portions of certain property within the City of Anaheim; and WHEREAS, through inadvertence and clerical error, an incomplete description of the zoning designation of the reclassified property was stated in said resolution; and WHEREAS, the City Council desires, and public interest and general welfare requires, that said error be corrected, nunc pro tunc. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Resolution No. 89R-465, be, and it is hereby, amended, nunc pro tunc, by amending the description of the zoning designation of the reclassified property to read as follows, to wit: "AREA 1: (a) All properties currently zoned RM-1200 (Residential, Multiple-Family) to be reclassified to the RM-2400 (Residential, Multiple-Family Zone. (b) Those properties located on the west side of Resh Street currently zoned RM-2400 (Residential, Multiple-Family) to be reclassified to the RS-S000 (Residential, Single-Family) Zone. (c) All properties currently zoned PD-C (Parking District-Commercial) to be reclassified to the PD-C/RM-2400 (Parking District-Commercial/RM 2400) Zone. AREA 2: (a) All properties currently zoned RM-1Z00 (Residential, Multiple-Family) to be reclassified to the RM-2400 (Residential, Multiple-Family) Zone. (b) All properties currently zoned PD-C (Parking District-Commercial) to be reclassified to the PD-C/RM 2400 (Parking District-Commercial/RM-2400) Zone. AREA 3: (a) Those properties bounded by Cypress Street to the north, the alley west of Helena Street to the west, Chartres Street to the South and the alley east of Helena Street 89-90-20 to the east and currently zoned RM-1200 (Residential Multiple-Family) to be reclassified to the RS-5000 (Residential, Single-Family) Zone. (b) Those properties bounded by Cypress Street to the north, the alley east of Helena to the West, Chartres Street to the south and Clementine Street to the east, and currently zoned RM-1200 (Residential, Multiple-Family) to be reclassified to the RM-2400 (Residential, Multiple-Family) Zone." Except as expressly amended herein, Resolution No. 89R-46S shall remain in full force and effect.
