A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE
EXECUTION OF A LEASE BETWEEN THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM, AS LESSOR, AND TASK CORPORATION, AS
LESSEE, WITH REFERENCE TO THE LEASING OF
CERTAIN PREMISES FOR PARKING PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is the owner of the
following described real property:
Parcel 1 (northerly parcel)
That portion of "Dreyfus and Others" Land, in the City
of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, as
shown on a Map of Survey made by Wm. Hamel and filed
for record in Los Angeles County, a copy of which is
filed in the office of the County Recorder of said
Orange County, in Book 3, pages 163 et seq., entitled
"Los Angeles County Maps," described as follows:
Commencing at the Southeasterly corner of the land
conveyed to the City of Anaheim by deed recorded June 16,
1964 in Book 7089, page 339 of Official Records of
said County; thence Northerly along the Easterly line
of said land, 395.00 feet to the True Point of Beginning;
thence continuing Northerly along said Easterly line
264.98 feet; thence Westerly along a portion of the
Northerly line of said City of Anaheim land, 140.00 feet;
thence Southerly, parallel to said Easterly line, 264.98
feet; thence Easterly, parallel to said Northerly line,
140.00 feet to the True Point of Beginning.
Parcel 2 (southerly parcel)
That portion of "Dreyfus and Others" Land, in the City
of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, as
shown on a Map of Survey made by Wm. Hamel and filed
for record in Los Angeles County, a copy of which is
filed in the office of the County Recorder of said
Orange County, in Book 3, pages 163 et seq., entitled
"Los Angeles County Maps," described as follows:
The Easterly 25.00 feet of the Northerly 195.00 feet of
the Southerly 395.00 feet of the land conveyed to the
City of Anaheim by deed recorded June 16, 1964 in Book
7089, page 339 of Official Records of said County.
AND WHEREAS, the Task Corporation desires to lease
said property for the parking of motor vehicles owned by
employees of Task Corporation, for the period and upon the
terms and conditions, and for the rental set forth in that
certain form of lease this day submitted to the City Council
to be made and entered into by and between the City of Anaheim
and Task Corporation; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find and determine
that the leasing of said property to said Task Corporation will
not interfere with any contemplated use of said property by
the City during the term covered by said lease.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the property hereinbefore described
be leased to the Task Corporation for the period and upon the
terms and conditions, and for the rental set forth in that
certain form of lease this day submitted to the City Council
to be made and entered into by and between the City of Anaheim,
as Lessor, and Task Corporation, as Lessee.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be and they are hereby authorized to execute said lease for
and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Resolution No. 67R -101
be, and the same is hereby rescinded.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 5th day of June, 1968.
