EMINENT DOMAIN' OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR HICXWAY EASEMENT AND PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, public convenience and necessity mquire the
acquisition of of certain real property within the City of
Anaheim for the following purposos, to wit: highway easement
and public utility purposes; and
11EREAS, the City Council does find and determine that
public interest and necessity requiro the acquioition of all that
real property herein deacrIbed, by tha.City of Anaheim for high-
way easement and public utility purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that public interest and necessity requiro
the acquisition of the following deocribed real property, to wit;
All that certain real property situated in the City of
Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, Dore
particularly deocribed as follows, to wit:
Parcel 1
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across the Easterly 30 foot, as measured at
right angles to the cehtorlino of Western Avenue, of
that parcel of land described an follows:
All of the Southeast quarter of the Southeast quarter
of the Southwest quarter of Section 14, Township 4
South, Range 11 West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes, as
shown on a 214p recorded in nook 51, page 11 of Misool-
lanvous Mope, records of said Orange County.
EXCEPTING therefrom the South 540.50 feet.
Parcel 2
An easement for road and public utility purposes over
unaar and across the Lasterly 30 foet, aa meaeured at

it does hereby find and determine, that public interest ant
necessity require the €:cquiseition of said property by the City
of Anaheim for the aforesaid purposes, and that the taking of

that the uses to which it is t1 be put are uses authorised by law,
and the to wing of said I is necessary to such uses.

tian of the title to raid prope rty land to obtaining immediate
pcsseaeion thereof.
