90-122 RESOLUTION NO. 90R- 122
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO.
90R-13, NUNC PRO TUNC.
WHEREAS, the~ity Council did on January 2, 1990, adopt
Resolution No. 90R-l~relating to the zoning reclassification of
portions of certain property within the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, through inadvertence and clerical error, an
incomplete description of the zoning designation of the
reclassified property was stated in said resolution; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires, and public interest
and general welfare requires, that said error be corrected, nunc
pro tunc.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Resolution No.
90R-15, be, and it is hereby, amended, nunc pro tunc, by amending
the description of the zoning designation of the reclassified
property to read as follows, to wit:
"1. Those properties located within Area 1 above-described
into the RS-S000 (RESIDENTIAL, SINGLE-FAMILY) ZONE; and
2. Those properties within Area 2 above-described and
located west of Melrose Street into the RM-1200 (RESIDENTIAL,
MULTIPLE-FAMILY) ZONE; and
5. Those properties within Area 2 above-described and
located east of Melrose Street into the RS-S000 (RESIDENTIAL,
SINGLE-FAMILY) ZONE (except those properties which front on
Broadway which shall remain in the RM-1200 [RESIDENTIAL,
MULTIPLE-FAMILY] ZONE),"
Except as expressly amended herein, Resolution No. 90R-15
shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this17t_~d_a_y of April, 1990.
