90-121 RESOLUTION NO. 90R- 121
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING PROPERTY TAX
REVENUES,
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim has heretofore annexed
certain property pursuant to Municipal Reorganization No. 114; and
WHEREAS, said property was previously included within the
boundaries of the Buena Park Library District; and
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim provides library services to
its citizens and there is no longer a need for the services of the
Buena Park Library District to serve the recently annexed parcels.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City
Council of the City of Anaheim does hereby agree to accept, and it
does accept, the Library District's property tax from property
annexed pursuant to Municipal Reorganization No. 114.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 17th day of April ,
