1968-268A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 68R -152 IN RECLASSIFICATION PROCEEDINGS NO. 67- 68 -50. WHEREAS, the City Council did heretofore, to wit, on March 19, 1968, adopt Resolution No. 68R -152 in Reclassification Proceedings No. 67 -68 -50 finding and determining that the prop- erty and area therein described should be changed from C -1, GENERAL COMMERCIAL ZONE, to R -3, MULTIPLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE, subject to certain conditions therein set forth; and WHEREAS, Conditions Nos. 2, 4 and 13 of said resolution read as follows: "2. That the owner of subject property shall deed to the City of Anaheim a strip of land 20 feet in width, including standard alley cutoffs, along the northerly and easterly property lines, for alley purposes. "4. That all vehicular access rights to Knott Avenue, except at street and /or alley openings, shall be dedicated to the City of Anaheim. "13. That Conditions Nos. 1, 2, 3(b), 4, 5, 6 and 7 above mentioned shall be complied with within a period of 180 days from date hereof, or such further time as the City Council may grant." AND WHEREAS, revised plans for the development of sub- ject property have now been submitted to the City for approval indicating that private secondary vehicular accessways are now proposed rather than the dedicated alleys, as was originally planned; and WHEREAS, the. City should be approved and that fore, be amended to conform Condition No. 2 thereof and as hereinafter set forth. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that the revised plans for the development of subject property this day submitted to the City Council, be, and the same are hereby approved. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Resolution No. 68R -152 in Reclassification Proceedings No. 67 -68 -50 be, and the same is hereby amended as follows: RESOLUTION NO. 68R -268 Council finds that said revised plans Resolution No. 68R -152 should, there- to said revised plans by deleting by amending Conditions Nos. 4 and 13 1. That Condition No. 2 of Resolution No. 68R -152 be, and the same is hereby deleted. 2. That Conditions Nos. 4 and 13 of said resolution be, and the same are hereby amended to read as follows: 67 -68 -50 BE IT Resolution No. 6 ATTEST: Anaheim 1968. (SEAL) "4. That all vehicular access rights to Knott Avenue, EXCEPT on the northerly 30 feet of subject property, and at street and /or alley openings, shall be dedicated to the City of Anaheim. "13. That Conditions Nos. 1, 3(b), 4, 5, 6 and 7 above mentioned shall be complied with within a period of 180 days from date hereof, or such further time as the City Council may grant." FURTHER RESOLVED that in all other respects said 8R -152 be, and remain in full force and effect. THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me this 21st day of May, 1968.
