A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR FOR ROAD AND
PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and
public utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of ORANGE COUNTY WATER
DISTRICT, a body politic,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road
and public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across the parcels of land, being a portion
of Lot 4, Section 4, Township 4 South, Range 9 "West,
S.B.B.& M.., described as follows:
PARCEL ONE: Commencing at the Northwest corner of Lot
6 of the J. D. Taylor Tract, as per Map recorded in
Book 36, pages 58, 59 and 60 of Miscellaneous Records
of Los Angeles County, California; thence North 84° 51'
05 East 158.21 feet to an angle point in the North line
of said Lot 6; thence North 61° 27' 05" East 100.36
feet to the True Point of Beginning; thence North
52° 41' 41" West 111.09 feet; thence North 12° 41' 41'
West 30.65 feet; thence North 75° 44' 19" East 77.35
feet; thence North 87° 18' 19" East 30.65 feet; thence
South 52° 41' 41" East 107.84 feet; thence
South 61° 27' 05" West 54.79 feet to the point of inter-
section with the center line of Jefferson Street, said
point of intersection being hereinafter referred to as
Point "A thence continuing South 61° 27' 05 West
54.79 feet to the True Point of Beginning.
PARCEL TWO: Commencing at Point "A" referred to in the
above Parcel One; thence North 52° 41' 41'" West along
the center line of Jefferson Street, 395.16 feet to the
beginning of a tangent curve concave Northeasterly,
having a radius of 1200 feet; thence Northwesterly along
said curve through a central angle of 28° 39' 09" an
arc distance of 600.10 feet to the True Point of
Beginning; thence South 75° 44' 19" West 30.74 feet;

thence North 64° 02' 32" West 30.16 feet to a point
in a curve concave Northeasterly, having a radius
of 1250 feet, a radial line through said point having a
bearing of South 67° 15' 22" West; thence Northwesterly
along said curve through a central angle of 1° 54' 58"
an arc distance of 41.80 feet; thence North 83° 18' 03'
East 31.34 feet; thence North 75° 20' 03" East 70.12
feet, to a point in a curve concave Northeasterly Having
a radius of 1150 feet, a radial line through said point
having a bearing of South 68° 24' 58" West; thence
Southeasterly along said curve through a central angle
of 1° 32' 22" an arc distance of 30.90 feet; thence
South 15° 57' 28" ;Pest 30.89 feet; thence South
75° 44' 19" West 30.74 feet to the True Point of Beginning.
be, and the sarre is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and t i«t the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance
of the City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay
to the ownerof said real property, out of General Funds of the
City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOIG RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 14th day of May 1968.
