RESOLUTION NO. 68R -248
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM GRANTING A HOUSE MOVING
PERMIT TO MOVE STRUCTURES FROM 346 -348-
356 -358 NORTH CENTER STREET, ORANGE,
CALIFORNIA, TO 710 -A, 710 -B, 714 -A and
714 -B WEST JULIANNA STREET, ANAHEIM,
CALIFORNIA.
WHEREAS, MARTINDANIEL, INC. having filed a written
application for a house moving permit to move structures from
346, 348, 356 and 358 North Center Street, Orange, California,
to 710 -A, 710 -B, 714 -A and 714 -B West Julianna Street, Anaheim,
California; and
WHEREAS, said application having been set for public
hearing on the 14th day of May, 1968, at the hour of 1:30 o'clock
P.M., and notice of the time and placed fixed for said public
hearing having been given by mail to all persons residing within
a radius of three hundred feet from the property upon which it is
proposed to move said buildings or structures, at least ten days
prior to the date fixed for said hearing, as the names of such
owners appeared upon the last available tax assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, said matter having come on regularly for
hearing upon said date and said hearing have been duly held and
conducted and all persons interested therein given an opportunity
to be heard, and the City Council having duly considered said
application for a house moving permit, together with all evidence
and reports submitted in connection therewith, does find that
said permit should be granted subject to the following condition:
That said buildings or structures shall conform
to the Building, Electrical and Plumbing Codes
of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the application of said Martindaniel,
Inc. for a house moving permit to move structures from 346, 348,
356 and 358 North Center Street, Orange, California, to 710 -A,
710 -B, 714 -A and 714 -B West Julianna Street, Anaheim, California,
be, and the same is hereby granted subject to the condition
hereinabove set forth, and subject further to compliance with all
of the provisions of Title 15, Chapter 15.32 of the Anaheim
Municipal Code relating to the moving of buildings from a point
outside the City of Anaheim to a point within the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 14th day of May, 1968.
