A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING THE UTILITIES DIRECTOR
TO SELL WATER SERVICE LOCATED AT 10722 -32
KATELLA AVENUE TO THE CITY OF GARDEN GROVE.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim acquired
located at 10722 -32 Katella Avenue by purchase
Water Company; and
WHEREAS, the City of Garden Grove now
in Katella Avenue in front of the aforementione
WHEREAS, it is in the public interest to transfer said
water service to the City of Garden Grove.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the
