1968-245WHEREAS, an agreement was entered into by and between
the City of Anaheim and Manuel P. Mendez on the 26th day of
December, 1967 wherein Manuel P. Mendez agreed to furnish to
the City of Anaheim architectural services in connection with
the construction of modifications, additions and alterations to
the Anaheim Police Department Building; and
WHEREAS, the scope of said construction work has been
increased and this increase in the scope of said work will
require additional architectural services on the part of said
Manuel P. Mendez; and
WHEREAS, the parties desire to amend Paragraph 6 -a of
said agreement entered into on December 26, 1967 to provide that
Manuel P. Mendez shall be paid a fee of $11,500.00 for his ser-
vices performed under said agreement.

services performed hereunder a fee of

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the iIayer and City Clerk be,
and they are hereby authorized to execute such amendment to said
agreement dated December 26, 1967 for and on behalf of the City
of Anaheim.
