A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUi CIL OF THE

STREET IN TRACT NO. 6409 TO VERDE SLkEET..
WHEREAS, in the preparation of the final raap of Tract
No. 6409, the name ''Verde Street was assigned to a certain street
in said tract; and
WHEREAS, due to a typographical error in the printing
of said tract map, the name of said street is incorrectly shown on
said map as Verda instead of 'Verde"; and
'tivhEP,EAS this error in the name of said street, as re-
corded on the final map of Tract No. 6409, has caused some confu-
sion on the part of the Post Office Department and, as a result,
a request has been made for clarification as to the correct name
of said street; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it was the inten-
tion of the City that said street be named "Verde Streeth in order
that the continuity of street naves could be maintained in the
area, and that by reason of this and the foregoing facts, public
convenience and necessity require that said street naiiie be
changed.
NOW, TnEREFORL, DE IT T is SOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the name of Verda Street in Tract No.
6409 be, and the same is hereby changed to Verde Street.
