A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT DEED CONVEY-
ING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR EASEMENTS FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: Easements for road and public
utility purposes; and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered to
sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of DONALD H. YODER and
PATRICIA YODER, husband and wife, and H. FRANK YODER, JR. and
ARIA A. YODER, husband and wife, to sell to the City of Anaheim
the following described real property situated in the City of
Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, to be used for
easements for road and public utility purposes, and more particu-
larly described as follows:
PARCEL ONE: An easement for road and public utility
purposes over, under and across the Easterly 53 feet,
as measured at right angles to the center line of
Kraemer Boulevard, formerly known as Dowling Street,
and the Southerly 32 feet,as measured at right angles
to the center line of La Jolla Street of Lot 3, Block
5, Golden State Tract, as shown on a Map recorded in
Book 4, pages 66 and 67 of Miscellaneous Maps, records
of Orange County, California.
PARCEL TWO: An easement for road and public utility
purposes over, under and across that portion of Lot 3,
Block 5, Golden State Tract, as shown on a Map recorded
in Book 4, pages 66 and 67 of Miscellaneous Maps, records
of Orange County, California, described as follows:
Beginning at the center line intersection of said
Kraemer Boulevard and La Jolla Street, as per said
Map of the Golden State Tract; thence North 16° 48' 07"
West along the center line of said Kraemer Boulevard
a distance of 46.97 feet; thence South 73° 11' 53" West
a distance of 53 feet to the beginning of a curve con-
cave Northwesterly and having a radius of 15 feet, a
radial line bearing North 73 11' 53" East passes
through the point of beginning of said curve; thence
Southerly and Southwesterly along said curve through a
central angle of 89° 58' 33" an arc distance of 23.56
feet; thence South 16° 49' 34" East a distance of 32
feet to an intersection with the center line of said
La Jolla Street; thence North 73° 10' 26" East along
the center line of said La Jolla Street a distance of
67.98 feet to the point of beginning.

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance
of the City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay
to the owners of said real property, out of General Funds of the
City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 16th day of April 1968.
