A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and
public utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property ha s offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of UNIOUE STATIONS, INC.,
a corporation organized under the laws of the State of
Delaware.
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes
over, under and across that portion of the Southwest
quarter of Section 6, Township 4 South, Range 10 West,
in the Rancho Los Coyotes, as shown on a Map recorded
in Book 51, page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of
Orange County, described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Section;
thence North 0° 39' 00" West, along the West line of
said Section, 188.00 feet; thence North 89° 21' 20"
East, parallel to the South line of said Section, to
a point on a line parallel with and distance Easterly
53.00 feet, as measured at right angles, from said
West line of Section 6; thence South 0° 39' 00" East,
along last said parallel line, 110.00 feet to the
beginning of a tangent curve concave Northeasterly
and having a radius of 25.00 feet; thence Southeasterly
along said curve, through a central angle of 89° 59' 40
an arc distance of 39.27 feet to a point on a line
parallel with and distant Northerly 53.00 feet, as
measured at right angles, from the South line of said
Section; thence North 89° 21' 20" East, along said
parallel line, 110.00 feet; thence South 0° 39' 00"
East, 53.00 feet to a point in said South line; thence
South 89° 21' 20" West, along said South line 188.00
feet to the point of beginning.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
