A .RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM. AUTHORIZING THE AT ENDMEi T OF THAT
CERTAIN COMPLETE ANILAL CONTROL SERVICES AGREE
MENT ENTERED INTO ON FEBRUARY 15, 1966 BETWEEN
THE CITY OF A AHEIt•�i AND THE COUNTY OF ORANGE.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim did, on February 15 1966,
enter into an agreement with the County of Orange providing for
the rendering by tne County, through its Poundmaster, of animal
and rabies control services within the corporate limits of the
City, to the extent anu in the manner set fortis in said agree-
ment; and
WHEREAS, the parties uesire to amend saiu agreement
to reflect the repealing of Division I, Title 4 of the Codified
Ordinances of the County of Orange, and thereafter the enactment
of Division I, Title 4, Articles 1 through ll, said enactment
taking place on July 5, 1967.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Ananeim that the agreement for complete animal con-
trol services entered into by and between the City of Anaheim
and the County of Orange on February 15, 1966, be amended to
reflect tne repealing of Division I, Title 4 of the Codifies
Ordinances of the County of Orange, and thereafter the enact-
ment of Division I, Title 4, Articles 1 through 11, said enact-
ment taking place on the Sth day of July, 1967.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that tne Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby authorized to execute such amendment
to said agreement for and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
ThE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 2nd clay of April, 1966.
