CALIFORNIA, RELATING TO HEALTH INSPECTION
FEES OF ANLALS.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim has contracted with the
County of Orange, California, to provide for animal ana rabies
control services to be performeL by saiU County within the cor-
porate limits of saiu City, pursuant to the authority granted
to the City by Resolution No. 66R-119; and.
WHEREAS, the County of Orange, California, nas by
Resolution No. 67-629, on August 1, 1967, aucr a resolution
relating to the fee schec.ulo of tne Orange County Animal Shelter
anct other fees; anu
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the terms and
conditions of saiu fee scheuule are satisfactory, as amendec
herein, and that it is in the best interest of the City to
adopt said schedule of fees.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 67-629 date August 1,
1967, auopteu by tne County of Orange. California, providing
for a scheuuie of fees at the Orange County Animal Shelter, and
other fees, be, anc the sa,Tle is here;Dy aduoteL, excezt that any
reference to "license fees," with the express exce„.tion of
"Dog License Fees, is nereby uelete- and the term "Health
Inspection Fees" is nereby insertec.. in its place and steaa.
