A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF TILE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR POLES AND ELECTRIC POWER
LINES AND AN OVERHEAD EASEMENT FOR ELECTRIC
POWER LINES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for poles and
electric power lines and an overhead easement for electric
power lines; and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered to
sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of HENRY STEINBRINK and
ROSA C. E. STEINBRINK, husband and wife, to sell to the City of
Anaheim the following described real property situated in the
City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, to be
used for an easement for poles and electric power lines and an
overhead easement for electric power lines, and more particu-
larly described as follows:
An easement for the installation of poles and electric
power lines over, under and across the following de-
scribed parcels of land, being a portion of the North-
east quarter of Section 12, Township 4 South, Range 10
West, in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, as
per Map recorded in Book 51, page 10 of Miscellaneous
Maps, records of said Orange County.
Said land is included within the area shown on a i'ap
filed in Book 82, page 22 of Record of Surveys in the
office of the County Recorder of said County.
PARCEL ONE: The South 3.00 feet of the North 250.00
feet of the West 682.72 feet of the Northwest quarter
of the Northwest quarter of the Northeast quarter of
said Section 12.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the West 57.00 feet lying within the
right of way of Sunkist Street.
PARCEL TWO: An overhead easement for electric power
lines over and across the South 7.00 feet of the North
247 feet of the West 682.72 feet of the Northwest
quarter of the Northwest quarter of the Northeast
quarter of said Section 12.
EXCEPTING the West 57.00 feet lying within the right
of way of Sunkist Street.

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance
of the City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay
to the owners of said real property, out of General Funds of the
City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00)
THE FOREGOING R:SOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 2nd day of April 1968.

right of way of La Palma Avenue.
PARCEL FOUR: An overhead easement for electric power
Tines over and across the South 15.00 feet of the
North 240.00 feet of the East 61.00 feet of the
West 297.00 feet of the Northwest quarter of the North-
west quarter of the Northeast quarter of said Section 12.
