A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT DEED CONVEY-
ING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public
utility purposes; and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered to
sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of ROBERT W. QUICK, a single
man, to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described
real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for road and public utility
purposes, and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across a portion of Lot 6 of the J. D. Taylor
Tract, as per Map recorded in Book 36, pages 59 and
60 of Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County,
California, described as follows:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Lot 6;
thence North 84° 51' 05" East 158.21 feet to an angle
point in the North line of said Lot 6; thence North
61° 27' 05" East 100.36 feet to the True Point of
Beginning; thence South 52° 41' 41" East 53.02 feet to
the beginning of a tangent curve concave Southwesterly
having a radius of 1150 feet; thence Southeasterly
along said curve through a central angle of 0° 45' 08"
an arc distance of 15.10 feet to a point in a curve
concave Westerly having a radius of 32 feet, a radial
line passing through said point having a bearing of
North 38 03' 27" East; thence Southeasterly, Southerly
and Southwesterly along the last mentioned curve
through a central angle of 143° 05' 39" an arc distance
of 79.92 feet to a point in a curve concave Northerly
having a radius of 1160 feet; a radial line passing
through said point having a bearing of South 1° 09' 06"
West; thence Easterly along the last mentioned curve
through a central angle of 10° 39' 10" an arc distance
of 215.67 feet; thence North 79 55' 10" East 7.20 feet
to a point in a curve concave Northeasterly having a
radius of 25.00 feet, a radial line passing through said
point having a bearing of South 5° 32' 01" West; thence
Westerly and Northwesterly along the last mentioned
curve through a central angle of 40° 11' 17" an arc
distance of 17.54 feet to the point of beginning of

a reverse curve concave Southwesterly, having a radius
of 1250 feet, a radial line passing through said point
bearing North 45° 43" 18" East; thence Northwesterly
along said curve through a central angle of 8° 24' 59"
an arc distance of 183.62 feet; thence North 52° 41' 41"
West 8.19 feet to the point of intersection with the
Northerly line of said Lot 6; thence South 61° 27' 05"
West 109.59 feet to the true point of beginning.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance
of the City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay
to the owner of said real property, out of General Funds of the
City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 2nd day of April 1968.
